With a mix of service + software, we are reimagining how activities are experienced and scaled in urban India.Role DescriptionThe Customer Service Specialist will be crucial in expanding our enrollments. You will be responsible for performing day-to-day sales and parent engagement tasks, focusing on promoting Lyfskills' product and service.Key Responsibilities:- Handle all incoming communications (customer queries/contacts) efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times and service level agreements are met - Convert trials to sales by making outbound closure calls - Convert inbound leads into sales by effectively pitching product and service - Manage and respond promptly to all prospective parent inquiries - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the initial enrollment process - Manage program renewals by proactively reaching out to existing parents to secure continued enrollment - Handle account management for enrolled students, serving as the primary post-sale contact to nurture long-term relationshipsWhat We’re Looking For:- 1+ year of experience in Customer service (Phone, Chat & Tickets) - Must be able to evidence experience within a customer service environment either working face to face with customers or Call Centre based - Ability to evaluate and define customer needs - Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence and negotiate.Articulate CommunicatorExcellent Listening SkillsExcellent Telephone Manner- Active listener with flexibility to modify approach and adapt to customer need. - Ability to manage multiple queries, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure. - High energy, resilience, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. - Prior experience in the education industry is a plus
