This is a full-time remote position.Experience required : 5+ years Location : Remote CTC:12 - 15 LPA Type of Employment : Full-time Time : 5:30 pm-2:30 am (Monday-Friday)ResponsibilitiesUnderstand contract law, data privacy, intellectual property, and compliance frameworks across jurisdictions (especially U.S. and international) Review and interpret software platform user terms of service - e.g., Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Data Protection Addenda, AI Terms Map, compare, and analyse contractual terms across multiple agreements for consistency and compliance Draft and redline contracts, with a focus on identifying governing law, liability clauses, termination rights, and data usage terms Translate complex legal text into simple, actionable insights for business and non-legal users Risk assessment and mitigation, identifying deviations or non-standard clauses in templatesQualificationsBachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with a specialization in commercial, corporate, business laws, or a related field from a recognized university Proven 5+ Years of experience as a Commercial Transaction Lawyer Prior experience with SaaS, technology companies, or start-ups Experience working on documentation related to Online Terms and Conditions in coordination with legal or product teams Strong understanding of IP, privacy, and data security in contracts Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and technology-driven workflows Proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office Suite, and strong organizational and workflow management abilities Curious and adaptable to new legal technologies and automation tools
