About the Company:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to lead our service operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality support for our customers. This role is key in maintaining service standards, managing a team of engineers, and driving improvement initiatives.
About the Role:
Team Leadership: Monitor, manage, and evaluate the performance of service engineers, boosting their productivity and ensuring effective service delivery.
Customer Support: Handle customer calls directly, providing timely assistance and resolving service-related issues.
Service Scheduling: Plan and assign service engineers for on-site customer service and erection projects, ensuring efficient scheduling.
Material Coordination: Arrange and procure materials required for service sites, ensuring readiness and availability.
Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess the work efficiency of service engineers, identify areas of improvement, and implement training programs to enhance output.
Training & Development: Organize and deliver training to service engineers to enhance their technical skills and customer interaction capabilities.
Service Coordination: Oversee and maintain coordination with the service coordinators, ensuring smooth operation across all service-related functions.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in managing service teams in the machinery manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to assess and improve team performance.
- Knowledge of service scheduling, material arrangement, and training techniques.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in managing service teams in the machinery manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in two languages (mandatory): Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, and English.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to assess and improve team performance.
- Knowledge of service scheduling, material arrangement, and training techniques.
