Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant to work on implementations and solutioning for the Oracle Retail Store Inventory Operations Cloud Service (SIOCS)

The candidate should have a good understanding of Oracle Retail Store inventory modules, proven delivery experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and deliver end-to-end implementation of Oracle SIOCS, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.

- Configure and customize SIOCS functionalities including receiving, stock counts, transfers, store inventory visibility, and RFID integration.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define inventory process flows across store operations and align with Oracle best practices.

- Conduct fit-gap analysis, lead solution workshops, and prepare functional design documents.

- Support integrations between SIOCS and integrations with Oracle Xstore, Merchandising (ORMS), and external systems like OMS or eCommerce platforms.

- Perform system configuration, data validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Support cutover planning, training, and hyper care during go-live phase.

- Mentor junior consultants and ensure quality delivery within timelines.

- Coordinate with Oracle product teams and provide insights on SIOCS roadmaps, patches, and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Retail applications, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Retail Store Inventory Operations Cloud Service (SIOCS)

- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Retail SIOCS modules and features.

- Experience in store inventory processes like receiving, cycle counts, stock ledger, and transfers.

- Hands-on experience with cloud deployment models and integrations.

- Familiarity SIOCS integrations with Oracle Xstore POS, ORMS, and related Oracle Retail ecosystem.

- Ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into scalable solutions.

- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs used in Oracle Retail Cloud Services

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
