About the Role:

We are seeking a Techno-Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle Retail Suite (RMS, ReSA, RPM) to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting complex retail systems while contributing to innovation in retail technology using modern architecture and tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Support, configure, and enhance Oracle Retail applications – RMS, ReSA, RPM
  • Write and optimize Oracle PL/SQL, Pro*C, and UNIX shell scripts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Work on integration buses, message services, and SOA-based architecture
  • Use Git/GitLab for version control and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven/Gradle
  • Contribute to event-driven microservices architecture (Kafka, REST APIs, AWS/Kubernetes – bonus)
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 7+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Retail (RMS)
  • Knowledge of ReSA, RPM, and related Oracle Retail modules
  • Strong in PL/SQL, Pro*C, UNIX shell scripting
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, version control (Git), and job schedulers (TES or similar)
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AWS cloud
  • Familiarity with event-driven design, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
