We are a global team for Procurement of Indirect Services in the bank. Our unit is part of Procurement & Premises, with 160+ colleagues globally located in Copenhagen, Århus, Vilnius and India. Our team manages the Procurement of HR, Marketing and IT Consulting Services throughout Danske Bank.This position will give you a great opportunity to get introduced to the international banking world and to learn and grow into a full-fledge Procurement professional. In this role, you will in close collaboration with our stakeholders identify, evaluate and drive procurement initiatives and related activities. While the best business value is to be achieved, mitigating risk and ensuring compliance is even more essential.In your daily work, you will:Manage a broad range of procurement activities and tasks independently in accordance with our Procurement policy and related guidelinesWork together with Category/Procurement Managers on different projectsEnsure timely deliveries and meet KPIs as agreedWork in a cross-country collaboration in a hybrid modelEstablish and nurture a close relationship with stakeholders and suppliersAs a Procurement professional you should:Preferably have some negotiation and contract management skillsBe able to understand contractual clauses, understand legal, compliance and risk clauses that impact a contract.Experienced in RFx (RFI, RFP, RFQ, Reverse Auction) methodologiesBe a team-player that can also work independently, with an open and flexible mindsetAlways try finding solutions, improvements and bring innovative ideasPossess strong communication, collaboration and Interpersonal skillsBe familiar with driving progress and provide results in a global organizationSet ambitious goals and strive for excellence in everything you doQualifications:Any bachelor’s degree or above. Procurement domain certification would be added advantage2-4 years of experience of procurement and / or supplier account managementHave excellent written and spoken EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office suite applicationsShould have global exposure in managing sourcing projectsWorked in cross cultural teams with multinational companies
