The role demands expertise in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, and HR Transformation within financial services environments.Key HR & Business Partnership:- Partner with CXOs and business leaders to design and execute the people strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory priorities.- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on workforce planning, productivity enhancement, and organizational structure.- Act as a change champion, driving transformation initiatives, mergers, integrations, and culture evolution across business verticals.Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:- Lead enterprise-wide talent acquisition for corporate, sales, and branch operations across geographies.- Develop and execute a strategic manpower plan to ensure timely hiring and workforce readiness aligned with business expansion.- Oversee leadership hiring, succession planning, and internal mobility programs to build a strong talent pipeline.- Strengthen the employer brand through digital, campus, and referral initiatives tailored to the financial services market.- Leverage HR analytics and ATS tools to monitor hiring efficiency, cost-per-hire, and time-to-fill metrics.Talent Management & Development:- Lead talent identification, assessment, and development for critical and leadership roles.- Partner with Learning & Development to design role-based capability frameworks and leadership programs for high-potential talent.- Drive career development, mentoring, and internal mobility to build long-term talent sustainability.Employee Engagement & Culture:- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to strengthen belonging, motivation, and retention.- Foster a performance-driven, ethical, and inclusive culture consistent with the organization's financial values and governance framework.- Anticipate employee relations challenges and proactively address engagement risks.Performance & Rewards:- Oversee the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, calibration, and career progression.- Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits to implement performance-linked pay structures, incentive schemes, and retention strategies.- Benchmark compensation with BFSI peers to maintain competitive positioning.Employee Relations & Compliance:- Act as a trusted HR advisor for employee relations, ensuring compliance with all labor laws and financial regulatory frameworks.- Handle disciplinary actions, grievance management, and ethics policy implementation.- Partner with legal and compliance teams for HR audits, regulatory reporting, and risk management.HR Operations & Analytics:- Provide oversight on HR operations, payroll accuracy, and HRIS utilization across multiple business units.- Drive automation and use of analytics to monitor key HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, hiring efficiency, and productivity.- Ensure data integrity and adherence to data privacy regulations (especially RBI and financial industry norms).Leadership & Stakeholder Management:- Lead and mentor the HR team to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.- Build trusted relationships with senior management, functional heads, and external partners.- Represent HR in business reviews and drive cross-functional initiatives that support growth and transformation.Desired Candidate Profile:Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed 10-12 years of progressive HR experience with at least 6-8 years in a strategic HRBP role within Banking, Financial Services, or NBFC sectors.- Proven track record in Talent Acquisition, organizational transformation, and leadership development.- Exposure to large or mid-sized BFSI organizations managing diverse teams across multiple geographies.Skills & Competencies:- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial services operations.- Deep expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and capability building.- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with HR metrics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.- High integrity, resilience, and ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, compliance-driven environment.What We Offer- Strategic leadership opportunity with visibility to senior management and business leadership.- A role with end-to-end ownership of HR strategy, transformation, and growth enablement.- Exposure to a fast-paced financial environment with a culture of meritocracy and innovation.- Competitive compensation and benefits package aligned with BFSI industry standards.
