Job Title: Customer Service Executive (US).

Shift: Night Shift.

Process: International Voice Process – Inbound.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role involves handling inbound voice calls from international customers, providing timely and effective resolutions to their inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. As a frontline representative of the company, you will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding the brand's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to incoming customer calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.

·       Issue Resolution: Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

·       Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the designated systems.

·       Product/Service Expertise: Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the company's products or services to assist customers effectively.

·       Adherence to Policies: Follow company guidelines, procedures, and quality standards during all customer interactions.

·       Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and enhance the service experience.
