Job Description :


Responsibilities :

- Analyze and understand complex business requirements related to financial processes.

- Design and develop customized ABAP programs, reports, and workflows to meet specific business needs within the FICO module.

- Configure and maintain FICO functionalities, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, asset management, and controlling.

- Perform gap analysis to identify areas where system functionalities can be improved or customized.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (finance, IT) to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.

- Perform unit testing and ensure the accuracy and functionality of developed ABAP programs.

- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and rollouts, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Document technical configurations, modifications, and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.

- Provide ongoing support to end-users on SAP FICO functionalities and troubleshoot any technical issues.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP technologies and best practices.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience as an SAP Techno-Functional Consultant with a focus on ABAP and FICO.

- Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming language, data structures, and control flow.

- In-depth knowledge of FICO functionalities, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, asset management, and controlling.

- Experience with configuration, customization, and development within the FICO module.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

Desired Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration is a plus.

- Experience with SAP Fiori development is a plus.

- Familiarity with SAP Basis administration tasks is a plus.

- Experience with SAP integration tools (ALE/EDI) is a plus.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
