Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional / Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. The role involves both functional and technical expertise, making sure the HCM modules meet business needs and integrate with other systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide recommendations on best practices, and guide the implementation of end-to-end processes in Oracle Fusion HCM.

- Act the subject matter expert leading clients through the entire cloud application services implementation lifecycle for HR Cloud projects.


- Solicit and map business requirements to the Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud functionality.


- Identify gaps and advise HR stakeholders on options, risks, and value propositions.


- Lead the configuration and design and of Oracle HCM Cloud according to the business requirements


- Prepare documentation and present to key business stakeholders to solicit feedback and buy-in


- Lead requirements, and in particular Reporting and Integration, design, and development through to production


- Obtain and maintain expert knowledge and understanding of the latest product offerings and the benefits it can bring to the current landscape


- Act as a liaison between technical teams and the HR community, including managing communications between business stakeholders and tech teams.
