Dear Job Seekers, Greetings from Tech Mahindra We are hiring for Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant Location: All Tech M Location Should be join in: Immediately to Max 15 Days Job Description: 1.
Candidate should be possessing Techno Functional (70% Fun - 30%Tech) skill set with minimum 8 years of working experience in Oracle HCM cloud application with proficiency in Benefits, Absence and Core HR module.
2. Good at solution design, demonstration and configuring solutions in system especially in the areas - Benefits plan, options, Plan Types, eligibility profiles, rates / coverages, Benefits life events, Absence type and Plan setup, calendar events, elements 3.
Should work independently in understanding client requirements and design/ configure the features 4.
Should have experience in key Benefits cycle- Open enrollment and year end activities 5.
Should have technical experience in developing Fast formula, BI reports, HCM extract and OTBI reports 6.
Should have experience working with benefits vendors and the interface with carriers 7.
Identifying areas for process improvement and developing future business process flows 8.
Good at documentation, testing and migrating objects into production 9.
