
Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition leader with 15–20 years of expertise in building and scaling recruitment functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leveraging market intelligence, employer branding, and advanced recruitment technologies such as Greenhouse ATS. This role is critical in shaping the company’s talent strategy, driving innovation in hiring practices, and ensuring a robust pipeline of top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement long-term talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team across regions and functions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand talent needs and deliver customized hiring solutions.
- Utilize labor market data, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to inform sourcing strategies and workforce planning.
- Optimize recruitment processes using Greenhouse ATS and other HR tech platforms; drive automation and efficiency.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the company’s employer brand through digital campaigns, events, and partnerships.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and ensure diverse candidate pipelines.
- Establish and track KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and source effectiveness; present insights to leadership.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, RPOs, and job platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 15–20 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience using Greenhouse ATS or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market intelligence, talent mapping, and workforce analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Global or multi-regional hiring experience is highly desirable.
Preferred Attributes:
- Certification in Talent Acquisition or Strategic HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
- Experience in high-growth or transformation environments.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and global hiring practices.
