Job Description:


We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a proven track record in Australian hiring, particularly within the Nursing department. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in recruitment strategies, team leadership, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.


Role: - Talent Acquisition Executive


Responsibilities: 


 Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization.

 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and selection criteria.  Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to build a diverse candidate pipeline.

 Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.  Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, and extending job offers.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.

 Provide regular reports and metrics to senior management on recruitment activities, including candidate pipeline, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.

 Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.


Requirements:


 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

 Minimum 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with demonstrated experience in Australian hiring.

 Proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle recruitment processes for diverse roles and levels.

 Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.

 Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

 Demonstrated leadership abilities, with prior experience managing a team of recruiters or coordinators.

 Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
