Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in BIS Sales, specifically in ISI, CRS, MEITY, WPC, DOT, and BEE compliance services. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in sales or freshers with a B.Tech degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering who are eager to learn and excel in the compliance industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement:
  • Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their compliance needs in areas such as BIS, ISI, CRS, MEITY, WPC, DOT, and BEE.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing detailed information about our services and their benefits.
  • Sales Activities:
  • Drive sales efforts to achieve and exceed targets, actively seeking new business opportunities and expanding the client base.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our expertise in regulatory compliance.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to effectively position our services in the market.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in BIS sales.
  • Freshers with a B.Tech degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance services, especially in ISI, CRS, MEITY, WPC, DOT, and BEE.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
