Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee daily administrative functions to ensure smooth operation.

- Handle HR-related tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and staff coordination.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, reports, and communications.

- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and following up on action items.

- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
