We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative and Operations Coordinator with 2 to 3 years of experience. In this role, you will manage administrative tasks, oversee daily operations, and handle HR functions. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with excellent communication and documentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily administrative functions to ensure smooth operation.
- Handle HR-related tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and staff coordination.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, reports, and communications.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and following up on action items.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring all logistical aspects are covered.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
