About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior BFSI Recruiter with strong expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. The role requires a proven track record of handling mid to senior-level mandates, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, evaluating, to offer negotiation and closure.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for BFSI sector roles (Banking, NBFCs, Insurance, FinTech, Asset Management, etc.).
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels job portals, networking, headhunting, employee referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct detailed candidate assessments to ensure fitment across skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Track and maintain recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks in the BFSI sector.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters in achieving hiring goals.

Key Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry hiring landscape.
  • Proficiency in talent mapping, headhunting, and direct sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to influence both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience in handling high-volume as well as niche/senior-level hiring.
  • Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within timelines.
