Key Responsibilities :- Spearhead design and development of advanced agentic workflows and LLM systems- Lead AI projects across the lifecycle : prototyping, evaluation, deployment, and optimization- Apply expertise in prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and observability to optimize LLM performance- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise workflows- Drive scalable AI/ML workload deployments leveraging MLOps and DevOps practices- Evaluate, fine-tune, and benchmark large language models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical Skills & Qualifications :- 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with focus on LLMs- Proficiency in LangChain, LangGraph, Pydantic, Crew.ai, and MCP- Strong understanding of LLM architecture, behavior, and evaluation methods- Hands-on expertise in MLOps and DevOps, with proven experience in deploying workloads at scale- Solid background in prompt engineering, observability, and agent orchestration- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver AI/ML projects Qualifications (Nice to Have) :- Experience in building enterprise-grade AI products or agentic platforms- Background in reinforcement learning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or multi-agent systems- Strong research-to-production mindset with exposure to cutting-edge LLM evaluation techniques- Prior experience working in high-growth startups or innovative AI-first organizations (ref:hirist.tech)
