You will work closely with cross-functional teams, product managers, researchers, and software engineers, to translate research ideas into production-grade solutions.The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in AI model development, LLM fine-tuning, and full-stack integration of AI services. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end model lifecycle , from data preparation to deployment, while ensuring scalability and performance.• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and LLM-based applications for real-world use cases.• Build and fine-tune large language models (LLMs), multimodal systems, and generative pipelines.• Collaborate with software and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into live applications.• Conduct data preprocessing, model evaluation, and optimization for efficiency and accuracy.• Research and prototype new algorithms, frameworks, and architectures in the AI/ML domain.• Maintain MLOps pipelines for training, monitoring, and continuous model improvement.• Ensure responsible AI practices, including data ethics, fairness, and transparency in models.• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI Planet’s internal research and innovation culture.&• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.• 4+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or applied machine learning.• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, OpenAI API, or similar frameworks.• Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, Transformers, and Deep Learning architectures.• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).• Knowledge of data pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).• Solid grasp of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and inference optimization for generative AI.• Ability to lead projects independently, communicate clearly, and deliver results in agile sprints.• Experience with multimodal models (vision + language) or agentic AI systems.• Prior exposure to AI product development or start-up environments.• Familiarity with React / Python-based backend integration for end-to-end deployment.’- Flat, transparent, and innovation-first culture.- Work on next-gen AI & LLM projects impacting real-world businesses.- Learn and collaborate with some of the best minds in the AI ecosystem.- Opportunity to lead and scale projects from research to production.- Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.If building the future of AI excites you, we’d love to meet you.-Apply directly here or send your updated resume/portfolio to careers@aiplanet.com with the subject line “Application - Senior AI Engineer.”
