Job Summary:

Joining our Technical team, you will be part of a high performance team that focuses on ICS and OT Cybersecurity solutions.


As a TXOne Sales Engineer, you shall guide customers and prospects in the selection and deployment of TXOne ICS and OT cybersecurity Solutions. You shall take joint ownership with Sales team in developing customer relationships, providing leadership in security architecture and help influence customer’s technical strategy with strong presentation and demonstrations skills. Sales Engineer creates a very strong relation with customer and become a trusted advisor by developing an understanding of customer needs, risks, tolerance and technology gaps and implementation.


Responsibilities:

· Provide pre-sales technical consultation in the design, engineering and sale of ICS and OT cybersecurity solutions.

· Build, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships with customer decision-makers.

· Use your product knowledge to engage and influence customer technology strategies through showcasing TXOne technologies during technical sales presentations, product demonstrations, proof of concept, and trial engagements.

· Developing architecture designs, engineering bill of materials, and implementation specifications for ICS and OT cybersecurity solutions.

· Prepare and develop responses to a customer’s (RFP, RFQ, RFI) and create viable proposals ensuring that optimum solutions are provided to new and existing customers. environment.

· Collaborate with Sales team to plan and implement sales strategies to win business and achieve revenue targets

· Develop and Remain up-to-date strong knowledge and experience of TXOne ICS and OT cybersecurity solutions.

· Deliver training and support to our partners and customer engineers.

· Encourage and empower the partners and channel to propose, position and convince the customers with our products and solution

· Actively participate in webinar, workshop and other vendor-sponsored events as a speaker or panelist. Very good public speaking skill will be added advantage to the role

· Conduct regular knowledge sharing and update on the new product/ technology to the internal sales staff.



Requirements:

· Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in a customer facing technical/pre-sales role as a Sales or Systems Engineer, proposing enterprise solutions at all levels of a customer organization.

· Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, and or related field or equivalent experience.

· Experience in designing/engineering of cybersecurity Solutions (endpoint, application control, Whitelisting, Threat Detection, Firewall and IPS).

· Confirmed experience and hands-on expertise with networking industry technologies across routing, switching, and security technology domains from a pre-sale, operational or engineering point of view

· Solid presentation, documentation and communication skills with experience in customer-facing sales activities.

· Proven technical capability, ability to learn quickly, and apply in new domains of cybersecurity

· Certification in Network, systems, Cybersecurity and ICS/OT security will be added advantage.

· Travel as business needs arise
