You are good with people and have a positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.You are also comfortable with systems and administrative tasks and with managing a little team and keep them motivated.Furthermore, we would like you to be able to say yes to the following:Team player who communicates well with all colleaguesPunctual, reliable and trustworthySense of urgencyYes, yes, yes mentalityCan do attitudeThe role...- Responsible for the day to day operation and supervision of the gym, including service quality, operation, programming, promotion, fitness inductions, cleaning and maintenance of the gym. - Ensure excellent customer services whilst achieving business, income, sales, financial and operational targets. - Managing gym team, trainers and gym contractors - Managing all ordering for gym amenities and retail products - Seeing that the administration and organization of the fitness club goes smoothly, from scheduling personal trainers to keeping up with and demonstrating continuing education. - Meet and greet all members making sure that their Gym experience is excellent. - Promote activities and programs to cater the needs of members. - Recruit and train Gym employees. - Check the health and safety of the equipment used in gym. Organize the repair, cleaning and maintenance of these machines. - Set goals both short and long term to help improve the business. Deal with the complaints, accidents and emergencies that come up with members and employees. - Deliver fitness trainings to maintain communication with the members. - Responsible for purchasing, keeping stock records, using advance management facts to augment terms and cope up with the variation in the demand, order gym amenities and retail products. - Report all guest issues to the Management. - Comply with all hotel policies, standards and local laws.
