Urgently looking for a Floor Manager for ANYTIME FITNESS

*MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN FITNESS INDUSTRY*

Requirements:

  • 2-3 yrs experience in Fitness Industry.
  • Presentable and Well groomed.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Certified from a reputed organization.
  • Passionate and inclined towards fitness.
  • Good management skills.
  • Upto date with current fitness trends.

Locations:- New Alipore

Salary to Incentives + Commission pay

Age - Maximum 32 years

Skills-

1. Leadership and Management:

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of trainers, assistants, and other staff members.

  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage time and resources effectively.

2. Customer Service:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with gym members, address their concerns, and ensure a positive experience.

  • Ability to handle complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.

3. Knowledge of Fitness and Equipment:

  • Comprehensive understanding of gym equipment, exercise techniques, and safety protocols.

  • Ability to assist members with using equipment correctly and safely.

4. Organizational Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, inventory, and other administrative tasks.

  • Ability to keep the gym floor clean and orderly.

5. Training and Development:

  • Ability to train new staff members and provide ongoing training to current employees.

  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and training methods.

6. Problem-Solving:

  • Ability to quickly and effectively address any issues that arise on the gym floor, such as equipment malfunctions or member complaints.
