Key Account Manager – Nutraceutical Ingredients

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage key accounts to build lasting relationships and foster growth.
  • Develop trust with stakeholders, ensuring loyalty and long-term success.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers through valuable solutions.
  • ⏱ Ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction and trust.
  • Drive new business for long-lasting partnerships and growth.
  • Use metrics to create regular progress reports and forecasts.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Science-related preferred); MBA is a plus.
  • 15+ years in sales/business development within the nutraceutical or dietary industry.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving international growth.
  • Strong knowledge of the nutraceutical industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
