Senior Project Manager Summary:We are looking for an experienced Project Manger to lead end-to-end project execution, delivery, and team performance.This role involves managing scope, quality, timelines, and budget while ensuring customer satisfaction and team Responsibilities:- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery with a focus on quality and on-time outcomes.- Manage scope, timeline, and P&L for assigned projects.- Develop proposals, review estimations, and ensure optimal resource allocation.- Mentor team members, identify skill gaps, and plan training initiatives.- Establish strong governance and structured project reporting mechanisms.- Act as a single point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and relationship management.- Promote and implement mature processes, quality practices, and change management plans.- Evaluate and adopt tools, methods, and policies to improve project & Experience:- Experience 8 to 18 years in Project Management.- Proven expertise in project and delivery management.- Strong scope and customer relationship management.- Experience with PLM platforms like 3DEXPERIENCE/ARAS (preferred).- Leadership in people management, retention strategies, and process implementation.- Proficiency in business development and account to Have:- PLM functional knowledge and familiarity with industry platforms.- Change management and stakeholder engagement skills.Join us to drive impactful projects and contribute to a growing organization Apply now.
