We offer end-to-end EV solutions for last-mile delivery, including Fleet Rentals, Charging Infrastructure, and Fleet Management SaaS.Were on a mission to electrify enterprise mobility and were looking for passionate go-getters to lead the charge.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior B2B Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales and partnerships for BLives e-mobility solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise/B2B sales, consultative selling, and team leadership, with the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.Youll lead a team of Inside Sales Executives and Field Sales Managers to build a strong pipeline, close key accounts, and contribute directly to the topline growth and profitability of the company.Key Responsibilities1. Enterprise Sales & Business Development- Drive B2B sales across Fleet Rentals, Charging Solutions, and Fleet Management SaaS.- Identify and engage enterprise clients in sectors such as e-commerce, logistics, FMCG, and hyperlocal delivery.- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, Operations Heads, Fleet Managers).- Manage end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting, pitching, negotiation to closure.2. Team Leadership- Lead, mentor, and motivate the Inside Sales and Field Sales teams.- Set clear sales targets and guide the team to achieve and exceed them.- Ensure high-quality pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.3. Collaboration & Internal Alignment- Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to deliver seamless client solutions.- Provide feedback and insights to the product team to refine offerings based on client needs.4.
