Title: US Recruiter 

Location: Pune, Kharadi

Experience: 6 months  – 3 Years

Shift: Night Shift(6:30 PM-3:30 AM)

Job Summary

· Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/Social Media Sites, etc.

· Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, Job Portals, etc.

· Screen candidate's resumes and job applications

· Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

· Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

Requirements:

· Proven work experience as a US Recruiter

· Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc)

· Familiarity with databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)- Jobdiva 

· Hands-on experience with recruiting software

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong decision-making skills

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Responsible for handling IT requirements from US-based clients.

· Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.

· Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career Builder), Making* job postings* on the Job Portal.

· Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.

· Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.

· Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background checks, drug tests, etc leading to joining post-placement.

· Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.

· Must have the capability to work with a team or individually.

· Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.
