**About the team**:
**What you will be doing**:

- Giving support to our global clients whose infrastructure is hosted on public cloud. Perform Day to day activities like User management, Troubleshooting performance issues, Monthly patching of servers.
- Systematic problem-solving approach with excellent communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive
- Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix, and document problems, and implement preventive measures.
- Participate in root cause analysis of production incidents. Participate in non-standard working-time models to include Monday - Friday 24 hours/day, Weekends 24 hours/day

**What you bring**:

- 7 to 10 Years of experience in architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions on AWS platforms Cloud technologies (AWS and Azure)
- Good Experience in Windows Servers administrator
- Automation tool to deploy releases, patches etc.
- Experience in Automation Skills like PowerShell or Python.
- Willing to work in 24/7 Rotational Shifts

**Added bonus if you have**:

- Resolve - Automation and Process Orchestration tool for auto-failover setup etc.
- REDIS, ActiveMQ, Docker Swarm or Kubernetes experience
- Thousand Eyes - URLs monitoring and synthetic transaction monitoring.
- Dynatrace & Splunk - Application monitoring and Dashboard reporting on performance.
- ITSM Tools like ServiceNOW
