About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager with strong expertise in SAP Security to lead end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, and transformation projects. This role will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, driving project delivery, ensuring security compliance, and collaborating with business stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full-cycle SAP projects with a focus on SAP Security and Compliance.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
  • Oversee SAP Security design, implementation, and governance, ensuring adherence to compliance standards (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure proper role design, segregation of duties (SoD), and access control management.
  • Monitor project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where necessary.
  • Drive best practices for project management (Agile/Waterfall) and SAP delivery methodologies.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
  • Mentor and guide project team members, fostering collaboration and high performance.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5+ years in Project/Program Management roles.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Security, User Administration, Roles, Authorizations, and Compliance Frameworks.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale SAP Security, ECC, S/4HANA, or Cloud projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience with GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) tools and Access Control.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT governance, audit, and compliance standards.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certification (preferred).


Nice to Have

  • Experience with Pathlock, Greenlight, or other SAP access control solutions.
  • Knowledge of integration with non-SAP security systems.
  • Prior consulting or system integrator background.
