The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in CyberArk components, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience integrating PAM with enterprise security ecosystemsKey Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration Deploy and configureCyberArk components : EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, AAM, PTA, andSecure Cloud Access (SCA) . Design and implementPAM policiesincludingleast privilege ,just-in-time access , andsession monitoring . Support & Troubleshooting (L1–L3) L1:Monitor CyberArk services, respond to alerts, and handle basic user requests. L2:Perform advanced troubleshooting, resolve integration issues, and manage credential rotation failures. L3:Lead root cause analysis, resolve complex incidents, and provide expert-level support for CyberArk infrastructure. Administration & Maintenance Performhealth checks , patching, and upgrades of CyberArk infrastructure. Managevaulting, credential rotation, and session management . Integration & Automation Integrate CyberArk withIAM, SIEM, ITSM , andcloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) . Implement and manageSecure Cloud Accessfor privileged sessions in cloud environments. Developautomation scriptsusingPowerShell, Python, and REST APIs . Security & Compliance Conductrisk assessments , audits, and ensure compliance withSOX, HIPAA, PCI, NIST, ISO 27001 . Generate detailedaccess reportsand support regulatory audits. Documentation & Training Createtechnical documentation, playbooks , and delivertrainingto internal teams.Required Qualifications & Experience: 10+ years inInformation Security , with3+ years in PAM . Hands-on experience withCyberArk PAS Suite(EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA) andSecure Cloud Access (SCA) .Skills: Strong knowledge ofActive Directory, LDAP, RDP/SSH, Windows/Unix systems . Familiarity withcloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) . Scripting skills:PowerShell, Python, Bash .Certifications: CyberArk Defender (PAM-DEF)andSentry (PAM-SEN)required;Guardian or CDEpreferred.Preferred Qualifications Experience withDevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines , andcontainerized environments .
