We’re now looking for like-minded folks to join the crew.Who we're looking for :We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Finance to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with regulatory and lender requirements, and drive business financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in managing fund-raising activities, MIS reporting, and reconciliations while supporting organizational growth and financial stability.Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting & Book ClosureManage day-to-day accounting operations in line with company policies.Ensure accurate general ledger entries, reconciliations, and trial balance preparation.Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes with strict adherence to timelines.2. MIS & Financial ReportingPrepare and present monthly MIS reports including P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis, and cash flow.Collaborate with FP&A team for budgeting, forecasting, and business insights.Provide financial dashboards and automate recurring reports using data tools.3. Taxation & ComplianceManage all statutory compliances — TDS, GST, PF, and other regulatory filings.Coordinate with consultants for GST audits, tax assessments, and return filings.Ensure documentation and reconciliations for audit and compliance reviews.4. Audit & Internal ControlsLiaise with statutory, internal, and tax auditors to ensure smooth and timely completion of audits.Support system automation and improve accuracy of financial data reporting.5. Business SupportPartner with various business units (Growth, Operations, HR, Product) to provide financial insights.Support in revenue recognition, vendor payment cycles, and expense analysis.Assist in financial due diligence and investor reporting requirements.What is needed for this role:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.1-3 years of relevant experience in finance and compliance.Expertise in MIS, financial planning, and regulatory frameworks.Strong communication and stakeholder managementAbility to work in fast-paced, startup environmentsNote: We are looking for Immediate joiners only.
