Furthermore, our dedicated customer support & tech support teams are available 24/7 to assist you at every step of the journey.About the jobWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our EXcrow sales team. The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, managing a team of BDMs, SDRs/BDRs and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in Business Development, Sales Management, excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of sales processes and techniques.Roles and Responsibility- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets. - Manage and lead a team of BDMs, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to help them achieve their sales goals. - Set sales targets and performance metrics for the Business development team and monitor performance against these targets. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects to drive sales opportunities. - Collaborate with marketing, product and other teams to develop sales strategies and campaigns that align with business objectives. - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Implement sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales team. - Provide regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity to senior management.Qualification and Experience- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field; MBA preferred. - Proven experience in Business Development with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and team members. - Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth. - Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data- driven decisions.
