About Quest for Success

Quest for Success is a fast-growing EdTech and college guidance company helping students pursue undergraduate studies abroad.

We specialize in:

Standardized test prep (SAT, AP)

College admissions guidance (US, UK, Canada, etc.)

Personalized mentorship for high school students targeting top global universities

We are looking for a smart, motivated generalist to work directly with the founder on driving business growth, building partnerships with schools and counselors, hiring the right talent, and supporting day-to-day operations.

What You'll Work On Partnerships & Outreach
  • Identify and build relationships with schools, international counselors, and education partners
  • Set up and attend B2B meetings to explore collaborations
  • Help plan webinars, events, or info sessions with institutions
Sales & Lead Management
  • Engage with inbound leads (parents/students), explain services, and schedule consults
  • Track sales pipeline and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the founder to improve conversion strategies
Hiring & Talent
  • Write and post job descriptions
  • Manage the hiring process: sourcing, screening, scheduling
  • Support onboarding of educators, counselors, and ops staff
Business Operations
  • Maintain internal trackers (sales, hiring, partnerships)
  • Conduct market research to support new initiatives
  • Work closely with the founder to solve ad-hoc business problems
You're a Good Fit If You:
  • Have 1–3 years of experience in operations, hiring, business development, or startup roles
  • Are confident communicating with both students and professionals (parents, school admins, counselors)
  • Are highly organized and proactive — you don't wait to be told what to do
  • Are excited by international education, youth development, or edtech
