Rooftop is seeking a seasoned Corporate Engagement Consultant to join our dynamic team on a freelance basis. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in B2B sales, partnership development, and corporate engagement. The consultant will be instrumental in cultivating and managing partnerships with corporates for employee engagement experiences, executive gifting, and tailored off-site training sessions.


Key Responsibilities:


Partnership Development:

  • Identify and engage potential corporate partners to introduce Rooftop’s array of services including art-based employee engagement activities, CXO level gifting solutions, and bespoke off-site training and learning sessions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate decision-makers to secure and grow partnership opportunities.

Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with Rooftop’s marketing and operations teams to craft appealing corporate packages that meet the unique needs and expectations of each client.
  • Strategize and execute engagement plans that align with both Rooftop’s capabilities and corporate clients’ objectives.

Sales and Promotion:

  • Conduct presentations and negotiations that effectively communicate the value of Rooftop’s services to corporate clients.
  • Utilize market research to tailor pitches and presentations that resonate with target audiences and sectors.

Program Management:

  • Coordinate with Rooftop’s creative and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of services from initial contact through to execution of experiences and follow-up.
  • Manage feedback loops to refine and enhance service offerings continually.

Reporting and Metrics:

  • Track and report on partnership activities, outcomes, and ROI, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize impact and revenue.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in partnership development, corporate sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of securing and managing significant corporate accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level executives.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to finding and developing new opportunities for corporate engagement.
  • Experience in the arts, culture, or events sector is highly desirable but not essential.


Contract Details:

This is a freelance position offering flexible hours with a project-based fee structure.

Candidates can work remotely, with occasional meetings either virtual or at Rooftop’s office, depending on the project’s needs.
