Role Description: 

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Engineer/Executive at Aswin Cold Forge Private Limited in Ambattur. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, handling new customer inquiries & data, and effective communication with clients and internal teams on a day-to-day basis.


Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile)


Roles & Responsibilities:  

  • Receive and process customer inquiries. 
  • Record and respond to inquiries received.
  • Conduct MFR/TFR with NPD & CFT teams. 
  • Ability to manage Customer & Internal Stakeholders needs. 
  • Explore & expand business as per company's growth plans. 
  • Focus on acquiring new businesses, retain existing businesses. 
  • Proven track record in customer handling & business development
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Maintain and update customer databases and records.
  • Prepare and present reports on business development activities.


Skills Required: 

  • Min 2 years Proven experience in a business development & customer-facing role. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the automotive/engineering industry is a must. Knowledge in forging industry is a plus.
