About the Role:We are seeking experienced commercial real estate professionals to lead and manage end-to-end sales and leasing operations.This role requires strategic client acquisition, deal structuring, and portfolio management with strong market expertise.Key Responsibilities:- Lead sales and leasing transactions across office spaces, retail, and industrial properties.- Build and manage high-value client portfolios including corporates, HNIs, and institutional investors.- Conduct advanced market research, property valuations, and financial feasibility studies.- Drive revenue growth through structured sales planning and performance tracking.- Lead negotiations, structure proposals, and finalize commercial agreements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, operations) for smooth closures.- Mentor junior team members and manage client relationship lifecycles.Qualifications & Skills:- MBA or Postgraduate in Business, Real Estate, or Finance.- 6-10 years of experience in commercial real estate sales/leasing.- Proven ability to close large-scale transactions.- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.- In-depth knowledge of Punes commercial property market (ref:iimjobs.com)
