The ideal candidate will possess strong market insights, strategic acumen, and a proven track record in driving successful lease transactions across premium commercial assets.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee end-to-end leasing transactions across a diverse commercial portfolio.Formulate and execute strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy and rental yield.Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporates, IPCs, and key channel partners to drive business growth.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.Negotiate and finalize lease agreements ensuring alignment with business and legal parameters.Mentor and guide the leasing team to achieve performance targets and ensure seamless tenant onboarding and retention.QualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience.Required SkillsExtensive experience in commercial leasing.Strong industry network.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.If you have extensive experience in commercial leasing and a strong industry network, we’d love to connectApply or Refer : |
