We are 8 years old and 250 people strong across 5 offices Delhi, London, UAE, Mumbai and Bengaluru.

We have worked for more than 100+ brands in the last 8 years and a few names who we are working with currently include Panasonic, CP Plus, Volvo Eicher, W For Women, Manforce, Zee News, Dabur, DS Group, Mamy Poko Pants, Hindware, Siyarams, Air India among others.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Strategic Planner to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that align with client objectives, leveraging research insights, and collaborating with creative and account teams to deliver impactful communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research: Brand Research: Understand client briefs and objectives, identifying key challenges and success metrics.

- Category Research: Analyze primary, secondary, and aspirational competitors, assessing their solutions and activities over the past 5-6 years.

- Consumer Research: Conduct primary research through structured formats or partner with research agencies for in-depth qualitative/quantitative studies.

- Perform secondary research by analyzing e-commerce reviews, third-party feedback, and social listening.

- Uncover core consumer insights, define consumer cohorts, and understand their mindsets and brand perceptions.

- Creating Brand & Campaign Strategy: Develop brand positioning, purpose, values, and key messaging frameworks, including Brand Key.

- Creating Digital Strategy: Work across owned, earned and paid media startegies with vertical expert to meet brand and business objectives of the client.

- KPIs and Reviews: Establish KPIs and metrics for tracking brand and business progress.

- Leadership & Training: Develop strategies for new business development and scaling existing business opportunities.

Qualifications:.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience (5+ years) in strategic planning within a communication or advertising agency.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in consumer, category, and brand research.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.

- Proficiency in integrated strategy.

- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in training and team development.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Open to travel for research Nationally and internationally.
