Job Summary: We are looking to hire Manager of Digital Marketing to play a key role in supporting our digital acquisition strategy across all audiences. As the Manager of Digital Marketing at FNP Weddings & Events India Private Limited will lead the digital marketing strategy and initiatives to drive digital presence, revenue growth and customer acquisition in the online space for all the business verticals. Main Responsibilities & Duties: • Growing our sales revenue by implementing effective and innovative growth strategies. • Planning, executing, and evaluating sales campaign launches and monitoring the performance of our digital marketing campaigns. • Staying up to date with the latest marketing trends and implementing best practices to ensure better outcomes. • Overseeing the implementation of marketing strategies for multiple projects across various marketing channels. • Reaching out to and establishing relationships with the partners. • Communicating with new and existing clients to address their needs and propose sales strategies that will generate the most revenue. • Collaborating with digital marketing teams, Sales teams to create integrated solutions for clients. • Experience with SEO, PPC sales, including Google Ads, YouTube, Meta Ads, and/or other paid channels. • Excellent understanding of different social media platforms and best practices for social media sales and marketing. • Develop training programs and materials to educate the relevant teams on digital sales and marketing techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track digital sales performance and identify areas for improvements. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the digital sales landscape. • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and digital analytics platforms. Technical Skills Business Skills Strong organization and time management skills. Excellent eye for detail and ability to work independently along with teams in tight deadlines. Innovative self-starter who is highly creative with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to develop strong and influential relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with all stakeholders. Computer Skills Advanced PC skills including MS Office suite. Should be able to independently create business presentations, detailed excel reports/ analysis for the Stakeholders. Communication Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills. Business Travel As and when required. Education/Experience Education Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. Experience Minimum of 8 years of experience in Digital Sales or Marketing, events, or related roles with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Preferred Industry: Hospitality and Events required. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, events platforms, and online sales channels. Proven track record of driving digital sales growth and achieving revenue targets in a competitive market environment.
