Role Overview The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving Hallbridge Education Group’s overall digital marketing strategy – spanning paid media, organic growth, content, social media, email and analytics channels. This is a pivotal role contributing to student lead generation, brand awareness, and business growth . You will work closely with our counselling, admissions, content, and creative teams to plan, execute and optimise campaigns for both domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company growth and student acquisition objectives. Manage and optimise paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), including budget management, targeting, creative testing, and performance tracking. Oversee SEO (on-page/off-page), content marketing, website and blog updates, and organic social media strategies to strengthen brand presence and generate inbound enquiries. Lead email marketing and automation workflows (lead nurturing, segmentation, drip campaigns) to convert leads into counselling or application stages. Collaborate with the admissions and counselling teams to ensure lead quality, conversion tracking, CRM integration, and an effective feedback loop for ongoing improvement. Analyse and interpret key digital marketing metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to senior management. Manage external agencies (where applicable) and internal creative resources (design, copy, video) to deliver high-quality marketing materials. Stay informed about digital marketing trends, tools, and audience behaviour – particularly within the education and study abroad sectors – and apply innovative ideas. Maintain brand consistency, tone, and messaging across all digital channels. Requirements 3–4 years (or more) of hands-on digital marketing experience. Proven expertise in paid search, display, social advertising, and organic SEO/content marketing. Demonstrable record of lead generation, campaign management, and ROI measurement. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, SEO and email marketing/automation platforms. Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach, with the ability to turn insights into action. Strong communication and project management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. Creative thinker, up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
