Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud ERP Techno-Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, including a deep understanding of its core modules like Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Project Management. This role requires a blend of technical prowess and functional understanding to optimize ERP solutions that support our business processes and objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- ERP System Management : Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Oracle Cloud ERP system, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with business requirements.

- Business Process Optimization : Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ERP functionalities. Redesign processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.

- Customization and Configuration : Customize and configure Oracle Cloud ERP to meet specific business needs. Create custom forms, workflows, and reports as required.

- Data Management and Integration : Manage data migration projects, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Integrate Oracle Cloud ERP with other business systems for seamless data exchange and operational efficiency.

- User Support and Training : Provide ongoing support to ERP users, addressing any issues and ensuring effective system use. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user competence and confidence in utilizing ERP functionalities.

- Project Management : Lead ERP implementation or upgrade projects, coordinating between internal teams and external vendors. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

- Compliance and Security : Ensure the ERP system complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Implement security measures to protect sensitive data within the ERP system.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP, covering core modules like Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Project Management.

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Oracle ERP configuration, customization, and integration. Familiarity with Oracle's development tools and languages.

- Functional Knowledge : Deep understanding of business processes related to the core ERP modules. Ability to analyze and optimize these processes leveraging ERP solutions.

- Analytical Abilities : Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data and generate insights that drive business decisions.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the skill to articulate technical and functional information to a non-technical audience.

- Project Management : Experience in managing projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Additional Requirements :

- Certification in Oracle Cloud ERP is highly desirable.

- A strong understanding of the industry in which the organization operates, including regulatory and compliance requirements.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
