This role focuses on mapping the talent market, identifying relevant professionals across target companies, and building accurate and organized candidate profiles within our ATS and CRM systems.This is a non-voice position, ideal for individuals who have strong online research ability, high attention to detail, and the capability to analyze and categorize roles even when job titles vary. The selected analysts will work closely with the India Lead and US Talent Acquisition teams to ensure the right talent pools are continuously identified and updated.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research to identify relevant companies across specified industries such as construction, civil engineering, drilling, mining, or related technical fields. Build and maintain company lists with structured information including location, services provided, segment relevance, and scale. Identify suitable talent within these organizations based on role types, experience level, and job category alignment. Collect and document professional information from reliable online sources (LinkedIn, job boards, company websites, directories, etc.). Create and update candidate profiles in internal ATS/CRM systems ensuring accurate tagging, categorization, and formatting. Maintain strongdata hygiene standardsto avoid duplicates and ensure clean, organized data sets. Adapt search strategies when needed by exploring alternative job titles, regions, keywords, and industry adjacencies. Share search progress, challenges, and pattern-based insights with the internal lead to support ongoing sourcing strategy.Qualifications1–3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, online research, market mapping, lead generation, or recruitment support. Experience working with global or remote teams is an advantage. Familiarity with construction, technical, industrial, or field operations sectors is helpful but not required. Strong online research and Boolean search skills with proficiency in LinkedIn and general web search tools. Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and ability to operate within ATS/CRM platforms. High accuracy and attention to detail in capturing and documenting candidate and company data.Soft SkillsAnalytical and curious, with the ability to identify patterns and guide research direction. Organized and structured approach to work with consistent follow-through. Proactive communicator who escalates challenges and suggests alternatives when necessary.
