Title: Pega Lead System ArchitectExp Required:- 8+ yrs Location :- Pune / Mohali / Hyderabad Salary:- Will be commensurate with experience & skillAbout The Role:As a Pega Lead System Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of Pega applications, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs while maintaining compliance with Pega standards.Responsibilities:• Lead the architectural design and strategy for Pega applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. • Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of Pega applications. • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Pega rules and a proven track record of successfully leading and managing Pega projects. • Identify and resolve issues related to Pega applications, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents in a timely manner. • Establish and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and guidelines for the team to enhance development efficiency and effectiveness. • You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions using Pega platform. • Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and trends, and propose innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities.Candidate Requirements:• 8 years of experience in Pega Technology, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience as LSA. • Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) is required. • Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC, Pega BPM, and Pega DCO. Familiarity with Pega cloud and other Pega offerings. • Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies. • Experience in setting up Pega 8 on AWS Cloud environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills.About Bits In Glass:• Industry Leader: 1.
