Experience (in years): 10+ YearsMust-Have:- Certified LSA - Min 10+ yrs of Exp in implementing PEGA projects - Experience in designing and architecting PEGA solutions - Very good communication skills - Ability to engage with customer effectively. - Engage with customer SME / Architect and understand pain areas / project requirements. - Create functional Design, Construct Class Hierarchy and Object Models, Define Test Strategy - Design / Architect PEGA solution for customer problem - Help create road map for the project - Provide technical leadership to project team - Derive and enforce best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding - Work on multiple to provide technical leadership on PEGA project implementation - Help enable PEGA experts to next level by way of mentoring / taking trainingsGood-to-Have:- Strong Java/J2EE background - Experience in PEGA COEBackground:Engineering Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science Preferred) or MCA with a good background of software development/technical architectureResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role:- Engage with customer SME / Architect and understand pain areas / project requirements - Create functional Design, Construct Class Hierarchy and Object Models, Define Test Strategy - Design / Architect PEGA solution for customer problem - Help create road map for the project - Provide technical leadership to project team - Derive and enforce best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding - Work on multiple to provide technical leadership on PEGA project implementation - Help enable PEGA experts to next level by way of mentoring / taking trainings
