Experience (in years):10+ YearsMust-Have: Certified LSA Min 10+ yrs of Exp in implementing PEGA projects Experience in designing and architecting PEGA solutions Very good communication skills Ability to engage with customer effectively. Engage with customer SME / Architect and understand pain areas / project requirements. Create functional Design, Construct Class Hierarchy and Object Models, Define Test Strategy Design / Architect PEGA solution for customer problem Help create road map for the project Provide technical leadership to project team Derive and enforce best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding Work on multiple to provide technical leadership on PEGA project implementation Help enable PEGA experts to next level by way of mentoring / taking trainingsGood-to-Have: Strong Java/J2EE background Experience in PEGA COEBackground: Engineering Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science Preferred) or MCA with a good background of software development/technical architectureResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role: Engage with customer SME / Architect and understand pain areas / project requirements Create functional Design, Construct Class Hierarchy and Object Models, Define Test Strategy Design / Architect PEGA solution for customer problem Help create road map for the project Provide technical leadership to project team Derive and enforce best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding Work on multiple to provide technical leadership on PEGA project implementation Help enable PEGA experts to next level by way of mentoring / taking trainings
