Stylestry Ventures is a multi-brand house driving growth in both fashion and wellness. We manage:
Stylestry – one of India's fastest-growing women's footwear & fashion brands.
Bargad – a transparent wellness brand bringing natural supplements like Shilajit Honey Sticks to global consumers.
We are now expanding aggressively on Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.) and are looking for a Key Account Manager to own and scale this vertical.
Role Overview
This is a high-ownership role where you'll manage and grow the Q-commerce P&L for both Stylestry and Bargad, ensuring top-line growth, profitability, and brand visibility across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: End-to-end management of Blinkit and other Q-commerce platforms.
- Multi-Brand Ownership: Drive category growth strategies for Stylestry (fashion/footwear) and Bargad (wellness supplements).
- P&L & Targets: Own sales numbers, margins, and promotional ROI.
- Promotions & Campaigns: Plan, negotiate, and execute deals, activations, and exclusive launches.
- Daily Operations: Track sales, stock levels, fill rates, and campaign performance.
- Content & Listings: Ensure SKUs have optimized content, creatives, and discoverability.
- Competition Tracking: Benchmark against peers, identify gaps, and implement winning strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with supply chain, marketing, and operations teams for smooth execution.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce / Quick Commerce / Modern Trade.
- Proven track record of handling multiple categories/brands.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and execution skills.
- Prior experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, or BigBasket Now preferred.
- A hustler mindset who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
