You’ll be responsible for driving growth across the entire funnel — from SEO & lead generation to sales conversion and student enrollment — ensuring smooth coordination between marketing and training operations.Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor the Business Development / Sales team to achieve enrollment and revenue goals. - Develop and execute SEO and digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads. - Align marketing and sales funnels to maximize lead-to-enrollment conversions. - Coordinate with trainers and operations for seamless class delivery and student satisfaction. - Track performance metrics and benchmark against top EdTech competitors to implement best practices.✅ What We’re Looking For- 5–8 years of proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, and sales operations. - Strong understanding of lead nurturing, CRM tools, and enrollment funnels. - Prior experience in the EdTech / Online Training industry is highly preferred. - Excellent communication, analytical, and team leadership skills. - Passionate about driving business growth and creating student success stories.
