Job Summary :

The ideal candidate must possess strong data visualisation skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to convert data into meaningful stories that support business decisions. They should be experienced in building intuitive dashboards, performance scorecards, and interactive visualisations to enable stakeholders to derive insights quickly and Responsibilities :

- Looking for candidates with experience in data visualisation, data manipulation and data structuring.

- Candidate should have hands-on experience in Tableau and developing BigQuery/ SQL queries to answer relevant business problems.

- Develop a Tableau dashboard as the primary owner and be accountable for the dashboard

- Experience in BigQuery/ SQL to develop complex views/stored procedures/functions, and has an understanding of data models and relationships between different data elements

- Design and implement brand scorecards to track KPIs, business goals, and performance metrics.

- Translate complex datasets into compelling and easy-to-understand visual narratives to support data storytelling.

- Work closely with business teams to gather requirements, validate data sources, and ensure dashboard accuracy.

- Continuously improve the usability and interactivity of dashboards based on stakeholder feedback.

- Ensure consistency in visual standards, best practices in visualization, and performance optimization of Skills and Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field with 5 to 8 years of experience in business intelligence and visualisation.

- Expertise in Tableau for data visualisation, dashboard design, and performance tuning.

- Strong understanding of data storytelling principles and ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.

- Proficiency in BigQuery/ SQL for extracting and preparing data from databases.

- Knowledge of data modelling and best practices for dashboard development.

- Good to have : familiarity with Tableau Prep, Power BI, or Looker.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with cross-functional Qualifications :

- Key Skills : Tableau, SQL, Big Query (both important for data extraction and processing).

- Individual contributor role, direct communication with clients.

- Expected to handle client requirements and give updates during scrum calls.

- Strong communication skills are emphasised, as candidates will be engaging directly with clients.

- Communication : Excellent : B.E., B.Tech., BCA, MCA, B.Sc. IT or a Similar qualification in Computer Science
