Job Title: Commis – ( CHOCOLATIER/ PASTRY)Location: Bombay, IndiaExperience: 1-2 years in a professional pastry kitchen (preferred)Ether Atelier is a luxury chocolate house built on craftsmanship, discipline, and precision. We are seeking a Commis – Chocolatier to join our kitchen—someone who values method, consistency, and refinement, and who brings both skill and curiosity to the pursuit of pastry and chocolate.Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation, tempering, and molding of chocolates and pastries with precision and care. - Execute recipes with accuracy, adhering to the standards and techniques set by the kitchen. - Maintain an organized and hygienic workstation, upholding industry best practices. - Support packaging and quality control to ensure that every product meets Ether’s uncompromising standards. - Work with efficiency, focus, and a willingness to refine technique under the guidance of senior chefs.What We Expect- A fundamental understanding of pastry techniques, chocolate work, and baking. - A disciplined and detail-oriented approach to every task, from mise en place to final execution. - The ability to work methodically in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. - A commitment to precision, consistency, and professional growth. - Above all, a genuine love for pastry and chocolate, and an appreciation for the craft that transforms them into something extraordinary.At Ether, we do not compromise.
