We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Node.js Team Lead to guide our backend development efforts. With 5+ years of dedicated experience, you will be responsible for leading a team in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Node.js. Your expertise in database systems, RESTful APIs, and cloud services will be crucial in delivering robust server-side logic and ensuring seamless integration with front-end and Responsibilities :- Node.js Development Leadership : Lead the design and development of complex backend systems with deep expertise in Node.js.

- Architectural Design : Drive the design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications, ensuring adherence to best practices for scalability and security.

- API Development : Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs with a solid understanding of MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture and stateless API principles.

- Database Management : Possess a strong understanding of both SQL and NoSQL database systems, including their respective pros and cons. Directly work with and manage databases like MongoDB. Design and implement efficient database structures and integrate various data storage solutions.

- Security & Scalability : Implement comprehensive security and data protection measures within applications, and ensure solutions are designed with scaling considerations in mind.

- Integration : Facilitate the seamless integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.

- Code Quality & Best Practices : Foster a culture of writing reusable, testable, and efficient code. Conduct code reviews and enforce high coding standards.

- Technology Stack Expertise : Utilize good experience with Express.js, MongoDB, AWS S3, and ES6+ Technical Skills :


- 5+ years of deep experience working on Node.js.

- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL database systems, including their advantages and disadvantages.

- Proven experience working with MongoDB.

- Solid understanding of MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture.

- Expertise in building RESTful APIs.

- Experience and knowledge of scaling and security considerations for backend applications.

- Proficiency with Express.js.

- Proficiency with ES6+ (ECMAScript 2015 and later) features.

- Good experience with AWS S3 for storage solutions.

- Experience in writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.

- Proven ability in designing and implementing low-latency, high-availability, and performance applications.

- Experience in the implementation of security and data protection measures.

- Ability to handle the integration of data storage solutions and database structure design.
