Job Locations: Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.Required Experience:- 2+ Years.About Company:.- iServeU is Asia's leading full stack financial infrastructure company to be your one stop solution for providing innovative customer experience for payment acquiring, issuing, accounts, lending, withdrawal, deposit, remittance, insurance, customer KYC.- We are the only switching infrastructure provider that is architected on the latest technology stack and is fully micro-services enabled, distributed and cloud native- (allowing fully elastic cloud deployment and reducing infra-costs by approx. 80% of usual costs).- Our solutions are deployed across 15+ major banks in the country such as State Bank of India, India Post Payment Bank, NSDL Payments Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, UCO Bank, Canara Bank, ESAF Small Finance Bank and more.- Headquartered in Bhubaneswar, Odisha with offices in Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai and Dubai, we have more than 500 + employees, out of which 350+ are software engineers trained on building products around digital banking and digital payment processing.- We are on boarded as an ASP (Application Service Provider) with NPCI and are also a certified partner of NPCI - Partner Program for all products offered by NPCI.We are always on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our dynamic team.- As a Program Manager, FinTech, you will coordinate and manage complex technology and business critical initiatives that may span across finance domains and multiple departments.- You will work closely with people of diverse functional backgrounds (Finance Product & Tech, Payments, Technology and Infrastructure, Product Development, Treasury, Credit Control, etc. ) and will be based at Bhubaneswar.Roles & Responsibilities:- Own the successful delivery of the end-to-end program lifecycle.- Be the driving force that collaborates with business and technical teams across to make sure your teams deliver world class solutions and/or products that are highly scalable, secure, and flexible all the while maintaining a strong customer focus.- Interact with project sponsors, project stakeholders and multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver complex features.- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business -needs versus technical constraints.- Plan and manage multiple parallel projects (ref:iimjobs.com)
