For more details visit: ;\/a> JOB PURPOSE: We're seeking an enthusiastic all -rounder for product management in afintech start -up who will be responsible for the design, development, andmanagement of comprehensive Prepaid cardsolutions tailored for both banking and non -banking clients. This role demandsa strong grasp of the financial services sector, particularly in Prepaid card market and involves driving productinnovation, ensuring superior customer experiences, and achieving strategicbusiness goals. Responsibilities:Drive productmanagement execution on key prepaid verticals and use cases in collaborationwith teams and cross -functional including engineering, design, compliance andmarketing.Analyze data toidentify and capitalize on under -penetrated programs and product lines, capturinguntapped opportunities.Lead the design anddevelopment process for Prepaid card products, ensuring alignment with clientrequirements. Complete ownership of PRD, validation and product performance.Assess data andconsumer insights to foster innovation by developing new prepaid offerings,product features, and enhancements.Help clients inleveraging best practices for prepaid products and use cases.Project manage andassume ownership of end -to -end strategic projects, executing and monitoringresults to ensure accountability and successful implementation.Product Development& Management of INR Prepaid CardsP&L responsibilityfor card products to deliver targeted growth and attain revenue targetsResponsible forconducting market intelligence, research, competitor analysis and designSource and device waysto attract customers digitally and thus increase issuance and enhance customerdigital channel experienceWork closely with banksand Fintechs to understand their specific needs and tailor solutionsaccordinglyDigital transformationand integration with various platforms.Building system level checks, control systemsand compliance framework and work seamlessly with the various teams in terms ofshaping the final product with necessary inputs and approvals from the variousstakeholders.       Requirements  DesiredQualifications/ knowledge:Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g.,Finance, Business or Economics or computer Science). MBA or relevant advanceddegree is a plus.Experience as a Product Manager within thefinancial services industry, specifically focusing on Prepaid card products. Must have 2+ experience in Prepaid Card Product ManagementexperienceDemonstrated success in designing and developingfinancial products for both banks and fintechs.Solid knowledge of agile methodologies, withexperience working in cross -functional agile teams.Excellent analytical and problem -solving skills,with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionableproduct features.Ability to thrive in a fast -paced, dynamicenvironment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with compliance and regulatoryrequirements in the Fintech industry is required.The successful candidate will have demonstrableanalytic, problem -solving, and leadership skills, and has the ability todeliver projects in a fast -paced environment.Strong knowledge and experience in payments andmoney transfer business in the financial domain.Excellent stakeholder management skills,including the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse (senior)stakeholdersHaving a knack for discovering deep customersinsights, coming up with great hypotheses, and validating creatively andquickly to craft a differentiated product offering.Process orientation - ability to perform withinexisting systems and processes, while constantly aiming for process improvement
